General conditions

To purchase our spare parts or consumables please fill in our Spare parts / Consumables order form and send It via email to sales@pierce.eu. Please note that goods will not be sent to you without this updated order form. You can find all the necessary order forms on our website. Also please note that no new order will not be taken into consideration If the customer has not fully paid all the Invoices before the due date.

In accordance with the quality and speeding up of services, documents are sent by electronic invoicing.

 

Terms of service and Warranty conditions

To order service please fill in our Service order form and send It via email to serviceorder@pierce.eu. Please note that the order will not be taken into consideration without this updated order form. Also please note that no new order will not be taken into consideration If the customer has not fully paid all the Invoices before the due date.

Once we receive your order form, our service technician will get in touch with the contact person mentioned in the form via skype - therefore please always state your skype details. Services are organized by our company so please do not contact our service technician directly. 

 

When registering a complaint please fill in our RMA form and send It together with the faulty goods and Invoice documenting Its purchase to our company address. Please note that the goods will not be examined without this updated form and Invoice. The claim also will not be taken into consideration If the customer has not fully paid all the Invoices before the due date.

We will immediately inform you regarding the result of the claim once the inspection is done. If the claim is successful the warranty period of the goods will be extended by the warranty period. If the complaint is not accepted, an invoice will be issued to the customer.
